Citroën presents a vehicle capable of turning 360 degrees - 1927

Paris 1927, an anonymous designer presents a Citroën presents a B12 Torpedo with front wheels capable of steering at 90°. The car even goes to the end of its performance by demonstrating to turn on itself, up to 360°.
