Cleaning vehicles from the 1930s that made Algiers the cleanest capital in the world

In 1935, Algiers was ranked the cleanest capital in the world. Its title is due in particular to the avant-garde cleaning vehicles for the time with watering systems and household waste collection. This results from the first plan of development, embellishment and extension of the city of Algiers (PAEE) of the region of Algiers established in 1930-1936.
